| 1. The entry fee for each tournament is Thirty dollars ($30.00) per person. Fifteen dollars ($15.00), of which 80% will go |
| toward stringer weight, five dollars ($5.00) for big bass, and ten dollars ($10) for the top eight entry fee. Top eight entry |
| fee is $400.00 and a $25.00 door prize any remaining money will go toward travel and any other expenses incurred. There |
| will be twelve (12) tournaments a year. |
| 2. In Order to receive expense money for the state tournament members must fish six (6) tournaments those that do not |
| fish six (6) tournaments and in the top eight will only receive the entry fee and the door prize paid to TABC. Only |
| members that go to the state tournament will receve expense money. If you fish six (6) tournaments. |
| 3. A guest may fish with a member or alone at any tournament. The guest will pay the regular entry fee and will share in |
| any prize money won. |
| 4. Monthly meetings will be held immediately following each monthly tournament weigh in at the boat ramp. Should a |
| problem arise members present or the Tournament director will discuss and vote to reach a solution. |
| 5. All club and TABC dues are due no later than the February tournament. Club dues are $25.00 and TABC dues are |
| $20.00 for single and $30.00 for family. |
| 6. Tournament dates and locations may only be changed at the prior monthly meeting. The tournament director is allowed |
| to make changes fro safety reasons. |
| 7. The tournament schedule will be set for six months in advance by the President, Vice President, Secretary, and the |
| Treasurer. |
| 8. The following shall prevail at all Lufkin Bass Club tournaments: |
| A. All state, local, and federal laws shall be obeyed. |
| B. All fish (Largemouth, Smallmouth, Kentucky Spotted, and Guadalupe) must be a minimum of 14". They will be |
| measured on a flat board with the mouth closed. Short fish will not be weighed and a one pound penalty will be |
| subtracted from the angler's total weighed. There will be a 1/4 (.250) pound penalty for each dead fish weighed. |
| C. A courtesy board will be provided at weigh in. |
| 9. Club year will run from September 1 to August 31 of the next year. |
| 10. Club maximum membership will be set at 18. |
| 11. During scheduled night tournaments the members have the option to fish the Saturday day or Saturday night. |
| Tournament Day hrs safe light to 3:30. Night hrs 7:00 PM Saturday to 9:AM Sunday. |
| 12. New members may only be invited to join by a current member in good standing. |
| 13. Trailering is not allowed, Life jackets must be worn, zipped, and or snapped when boat is on plane |
| 14. Members will receive 1lb for fishing and another 1lb for coming to weight in added to there stringer weight. These |
| lbs will only count toward the top eight weight. Money will only be giving for actual weight. |
| 15. There will be no more rules: |
| A. The rules may not be changed for one year. |
| B. After one year any rule submitted must have 80% of the members agree. |
